All Health Matters provide occupational vaccinations and blood tests as well as travel vaccinations and annual flu vaccinations.
These services are available to both business clients and private individuals over 18 years old, for hazard exposure, business travel, or personal holidays. As a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, and a member of the Travel Health Pro network, our team are experienced in advising on appropriate vaccinations and administering them effectively and compassionately.

An on site attendance fee of £150 + travel may apply if we visit your premises. Please contact us for more information or to see if this applies.
Pricing Information for Individuals
A £45 minimum appointment fee applies (except flu) which is absorbed into cost of vaccination (if your vaccination costs £45 or more you won't pay an appointment fee). All initial appointments include a consultation with the nurse to ensure the vaccination is suitable for you and your needs. Please contact us to book.

However, fatigue and tiredness can be caused by medical conditions such as anaemia, diabetes, and thyroid disease, to name a few. At All Health Matters, we can offer a variety of different packages that can suit your needs and finance. Our screening package for Tiredness and Fatigue can investigate the potential medical cause of these symptoms. The results will support you in seeking advice/ treatment / further investigations from your NHS GP or providing the background for your initial journey with All Health Matters wellness care. To do: Please bring a list of symptoms and any regular medication you are taking to your appointment. Blood test information: Prepare for your Advanced Tiredness and Fatigue Blood Test by following these instructions. Ideally, blood tests should be taken in the morning so opt for a morning appointment where possible. Take this test when any symptoms of short-term illness have settled. You should take this test before you take any medication or vitamin/mineral supplements. Do not take biotin supplements for two days before this test, discuss this with your doctor if it is prescribed. Do not take vitamin B12 for two weeks prior to this test. If your B12 is prescribed ask your doctor whether to stop.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel and reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, a charge may apply.

Booking terms & further information
A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters, or unless you give at least 2 working days' notice. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
