Service Description

Please use this service to book a private blood test when you already have a blood draw kit and support from another provider, and simply need the blood draw to be carried out. This service includes a blood draw only with no follow-up support or interpretation. You will need to provide your own suitable blood draw kit including paperwork from another provider and arrange for it to be posted to their lab. How it works: 1 - Appointment Booking: Choose a convenient appointment and book online. 2 – Day of appointment: Please bring your blood draw kit and any necessary paperwork with you. We allocate at least 15 minutes for a blood draw to ensure a calm experience. Couches are available if you are worried about fainting, and our team will help you feel as relaxed as possible. 3 - Sample: We'll give you your blood sample to send off to your kit provider's lab. Please note, will this service there is no follow up support orresults interpretation provided by All Health Matters. You may book follow up services with us if required, such as a Private GP Consultation, if you would like to discuss your results and get advice. Cancellation Policy

To cancel and reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, a charge may apply.

Booking terms & further information

A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters, or unless you give at least 2 working days' notice. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
