All Health Matters provide occupational vaccinations and blood tests as well as travel vaccinations and annual flu vaccinations.
These services are available to both business clients and private individuals over 18 years old, for hazard exposure, business travel, or personal holidays. As a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, and a member of the Travel Health Pro network, our team are experienced in advising on appropriate vaccinations and administering them effectively and compassionately.

A £45 minimum appointment fee applies (except flu) which is absorbed into cost of vaccination (if your vaccination costs £45 or more you won't pay an appointment fee). All initial appointments include a consultation with the nurse to ensure the vaccination is suitable for you and your needs. Please contact us to book.

Service Description
If you’re struggling with menopause symptoms, we can help you with this extra long appointment offering plenty of time to talk. Book an extended appointment with our GP, Kate Davies, who will discuss your symptoms and help you find ways to manage them that work for you, including HRT if this is something you’d like to consider. Kate has a special interest in lifestyle medicine which is designed to be used alongside traditional medicines. Kate will review your medical history to make sure any advice (and HRT) is appropriate for you. She’ll answer any questions you have and discuss your options, including any pros and cons. Following the consultation and confirmation that it’s the right option for you, Kate can write a private prescription for HRT. This is a fully remote appointment conducted by video or telephone call - we'll contact you to confirm your preferred format once the booking is confirmed. If possible, please prepare for your appointment by getting an up-to-date blood pressure check. You can purchase automatic home BP monitors for around £20 from pharmacies or online retailers which can be helpful to monitor your health going forward, or please feel free to contact us to book a free BP check at our Canterbury clinic in advance of your appointment. This will help the doctor accurately assess your suitability for HRT. Please note, as a private healthcare provider we do not have access to your NHS health records. Please give full and accurate information to the medical staff. All Health Matters Wellness Clinics offer a professional, friendly and informative service.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel and reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, a charge may apply.

A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters, or unless you give at least 2 working days' notice. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
