All Health Matters provide occupational vaccinations and blood tests as well as travel vaccinations and annual flu vaccinations.
These services are available to both business clients and private individuals over 18 years old, for hazard exposure, business travel, or personal holidays. As a registered Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre, and a member of the Travel Health Pro network, our team are experienced in advising on appropriate vaccinations and administering them effectively and compassionately.

A £45 minimum appointment fee applies (except flu) which is absorbed into cost of vaccination (if your vaccination costs £45 or more you won't pay an appointment fee). All initial appointments include a consultation with the nurse to ensure the vaccination is suitable for you and your needs. Please contact us to book.

Service Description
Welcome to our Platinum Menopause Consultation package. **Morning appointments provide most accurate blood test results - please contact us if you cannot make a morning appointment** Let us help you understand the signs and symptoms of menopause, and discuss a range of safe treatment options including HRT, testosterone and vitamin or mineral supplements. This package includes 3 appointments with our GP, totalling 1 hour (15 mins at the beginning, 30 mins following blood test results, 15 mins follow up after 3 weeks) offering ample time to prescribe any medication and to get to know you and your individual needs. This package uses the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine and transformational coaching to help you enhance your health during the menopause, so that you can feel physically and emotionally healthy and strong. It includes: 1st appointment (Remote): - Remote 15-minute consultation with our GP, Dr Kate Davies, to discuss your individual needs & ensure blood tests are appropriate. 2nd appointment (In clinic): - Nurse consultation to discuss your past medical history, symptoms, and confirm recommended blood test - Weight, Height, BMI and blood pressure will be taken, plus blood test - Private Testosterone Blood Test - Private well-woman blood check with Medichecks - test include: *Hormones *LFT *Kidney *Thyroid *Proteins *Cholesterol *Diabetes *Iron *Full Blood Count *Minerals *Inflammation *Muscle Health *Gout Risk *Vitamins 3rd Appointment: - Remote 30-minute consultation with Dr Kate Davies to review results, prescribe medication (including HRT) and provide health coaching to help you set goals to enhance your overall health. A prescription will be sent to our partner pharmacy for postage to your home address for any required medication. You will also be given a ‘lifestyle prescription’ with your personalised tailored plan. Please note we do not dispense medication ourselves and there is a £8 admin fee for private prescriptions issued as part of the appointment, and £27-£31 for repeat prescriptions. 4th Appointment: - Follow-up 15 min call included after 3 weeks. - 10% discount on all other Wellness Clinic services All Health Matters Wellness Clinics offer a professional and informative service
Cancellation Policy
To cancel and reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, a charge may apply.

Booking terms & further information
A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters, or unless you give at least 2 working days' notice. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
