Welcome to our Private Blood Test Phlebotomy Service, where we cater to individuals seeking specialised blood tests as prescribed by their NHS GP, specialist, consultant, or private doctor. How it works: 1 - Appointment Booking: Choose a convenient appointment and book online with no charge at this time. 2 - Submit Test Form: Email us a copy of the prescribed blood test form provided by your fertility clinic - UK or Abroad - to wellness@allhealthmatters.co.uk. 3 - Quote and Turnaround Time: Upon receiving the form, we'll provide a prompt quote along with the estimated turnaround time for the phlebotomy service. (Different tests have different costs and turnaround times at the laboratory.) 4 - Confirmation: We'll ask you to confirm in writing (by email) that you accept the quote, and understand we are carrying out the blood test only and are not responsible for any follow-up support. Once confirmed, we will send you an invoice to pay a deposit and confirm the appointment in our diary. Important Note: Patients should be aware that this service covers the phlebotomy process and any associated private tests only. The responsibility of follow-up support and interpreting results will be directly managed by the fertility service that requested the blood work. Cancellation Policy

For this service, cancellations can only be accepted up to 1 week before the appointment. To cancel, please contact us at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice may not be eligible for a refund. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After this time, a charge may apply.

Booking terms & further information

A deposit is due at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until this has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by All Health Matters, or unless you give at least 2 working days' notice. Please note that Wellness Clinics at All Health Matters does not offer an ongoing care or treatment package and are an advisory service only. All Health Matters cannot treat or diagnose medical conditions and will refer you to back to NHS services via your GP if any results indicate that follow up is advisable. All Health Matters will give you a copy of your results to give to your GP. We can also write a private referral letter if you have access to private health care, however this may be chargeable dependant on the package you have selected. All Health Matters do not accept responsibility for your ongoing health, and the onus is on you, the customer, to follow any recommendations given as part of the medical assessment. By consenting to proceed with the appointment, you are agreeing to accept these terms.
