Neurodiverse & Executive Dysfunction Coaching

Practical coaching for neurodivergent minds to thrive.

What is Neurodiverse & Executive Dysfunction Coaching?

At All Health Matters, we recognise that neurodivergence and executive dysfunction can present unique challenges in both professional and personal life. Dr Kate Davies, an experienced GP and transformational coach, offers tailored coaching to help individuals develop practical strategies, build confidence, and harness their strengths in a way that works for them.

This coaching service is designed for individuals who experience difficulties with executive function, including organisation, time management, task initiation, and emotional regulation. You do not need a formal diagnosis of neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, autism, dyslexia) to benefit—coaching is focused on identifying practical solutions that fit your needs and lifestyle.

Meet Dr Kate Davies

Dr Kate Davies is a GP with over 10 years of experience, a qualified transformational coach, and a specialist in neurodiversity and executive dysfunction. She also holds a diploma in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and brings a compassionate, structured, and adaptable approach to coaching.

Her expertise is shaped not only by her medical and coaching qualifications but also by real-world experience—as a clinician and as a parent to a neurodivergent teenager who has navigated burnout and recovery. She understands the importance of clear, structured strategies while also being open to holistic and alternative approaches, including somatic coaching (working with body sensations) when beneficial.
